SKI CROSS WORLD CUP BRANÄS 4-6/03 2010

As part of the 2009-2010 FIS Freestyle World Cup Tour

Branäs and the Organizing Committee are pleased to invite all freestyle Nations to attend the Ski Cross World Cup in Sweden, as part of the 2009-2010 Freestyle FIS World Cup.
This competition, for both men and women, will be held under FIS rules and Freestyle Skiing World Cup. All National Associations affiliated with the FIS are invited to compete.
Accordning to the international calendar of the FIS, the competition will take place on march 4-6 2010 following the official program.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the schedule and of the event stated in the program, depending on the snow conditions or the decision of the competition jury.

2. ENTRIES
Entries will be accepted from National Ski Associasons in accordance with the FIS quotas and rules. Please complete the enclosed team Entry/Room List Form and remit to the Organizing Commitree by email: man@branas.se
Preliminary Team Entry form From due: February 4, 2010 (team size )
FIS Entry form from due: February 26, 2010 (participant names & gender FIS code)
VISA

If you need Visa. Send Preliminary entry form and mark it: VISA required. Once we have your team entries, we will send a letter of invitaton by name. This invitaton by name is the requirement when you make an applicaton for a visa.

3. REGISTRATION
Team registration and lodging check-in will take place in Hotel Värmlandsporten
(www. varmlandsporten.se) or at Långbergets Sporthotell (www.langberget.se) on

All fees and deposits must be paid upon registration.

4. ACCOMMODATIONS
Teams will be lodged in hotel with half board, from Wednesday 3 March until Sunday 7 March.

Each coach has to pay his team accommodation expenses on arrival day at the hotel.
No reservation and no payment will be accepted from the racers.
Each team will be held responsible for any damage incurred during their stay.
Teams wishing to arrive before the 3rd of March should contact the hotel reservation to book early accommodation.

5. TRANSPORTATION
Teams will be responsible for their own transportation to and from Branäs from the hotels.
Airports: Stockholm Arlanda, Torsby (Sweden) and Oslo (Norway)

By car from:
Oslo (Norway)
Road E6 against Trondheim, take road 2 to Kongsvinger, road 20 to Flisa, road 206 to Sysslebäck and road 62 south to Branäs.
Arlanda (Stockholm)
Road E4 north to Uppsala, road 72 to Sala, road 70 to Djurås , road 71 to Malung, road 45 to
Stöllet and road 62 to Branäs. Distance 412 km.

6. DOPING
Antidoping control may be conducted for each event and gender.

7. ACCREDITATION
All officials and competitors will receive an accreditation card from the Organizing Committee providing free access to the competition site. The card must be worn at all time.

8. BIBS
All competitors must wear their bibs during all official training and competition. A 200 SEK deposit
per bib will be asked upon registration.

9. ACCIDENT/INSURANCE
All competitors must have their own medical insurance. The Organizing Committee declines all
liability for any accident or equipment damaged during trainings and competition.
